Sharon Young attended Colorado Technical University Online from 2009-2012 with receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration/Management in 2011 and her Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management in 2012.
Sharon has diverse experience from accounting and healthcare billing to insurance knowledge with presently putting her focus on gaining additional licenses. She has worked to provide office assistance for Connect for Health Colorado and Medicare Insurance during open enrollment season. Sharon has also maintained to continue being highly active in various types of volunteer positions held through the years from living in Wyoming to moving to Colorado in 2006. This has included being a student mentor at CTU Online, assisted at Vocational Bible School Camps, did deliveries for Meals-on-Wheels, covered as an assistant coach for Little League Baseball, helped raise funds through United Way, as well as supports The Walk to End Alzheimer’s on a yearly basis.
Sharon has two grown children, Ashley and Ryan, along with her rescue pup dog named Kisses. She enjoys all sports, but especially likes to attend the Grand Junction JUCO Baseball World Series games and cheer for the Denver Broncos during football season. Her cartoon hero is Snoopy and has quite a green thumb for growing roses.
